Wine Expert Note:

Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut Aÿ Champagne has a medium gold hue and a complex nose of peach, raspberry, hazelnut, and bread dough. It has an elegant mousse and very fine pearlage that hints at the time involved in its production. The palate is ample with a broad, creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity while the finish is long with a chalky minerality. This is a great choice for celebrating both the grand and small milestones of life and its highly recognisable brand also makes it well suited to gifting. Serve with soft cheeses, shellfish, or roast chicken and drink within 10 years. Read more
